Abigail Horn is an Assistant Federal Defender and Chief of Appeals at the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Horn was previously an assistant public defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia in the appeals and trial divisions. Ms. Horn was a law clerk to the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University and is a graduate of Yale Law School.
