Rosemary Auge is an Assistant Federal Defender in the Non-Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She first joined the office in 2017, working in the Capital Habeas Unit. Rosemary previously clerked in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for a year and the Third Circuit for three years. Prior to and during law school, she worked as a judicial assistant in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Rosemary received a J.D., summa cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A., with high honors, from Rutgers University.
