Timothy A. Wright joined the Federal Community Defender Office Trial Unit after 14 years as a trial lawyer at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in Camden, NJ, where he where he represented individuals in New Jersey Superior Court accused of murder, assault, armed robbery, gun offenses, drug offenses, and other major crimes. Prior to that, Timothy was in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Following his service in the Peace Corps, Timothy earned a master’s degree in Education from Temple University in 2000 and taught Spanish as a Philadelphia public school teacher. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005.
